They do not use 100% natural materials, but I appreciate that much of what they use is natural such as natural rubber and organic cotton laces. Personally, I have their beautiful women's hiking boots! They are more of a "barefoot" style and have been very comfortable and flexible for use. I have a grounding meter and have tested them and they do indeed work.
Of course, grounding shoes are more of a "nice to have" than a "need to have". The health benefits of grounding are free—just go barefoot! But for those who can afford to buy grounding shoes, it's a great way to get in extra grounding time for occasions you don't want to go barefoot.
If you're looking for high quality grounding hiking boots or running shoes, I'd recommend giving Bahe a try!
