Bio Optimizers has a huge selection of supplements, and I certainly haven't tried all of them (nor do I think anyone should). The main one I have experimented with is their magnesium breakthrough supplement. I was intrigued to find that it had seven different types of magnesium rather than the average magnesium supplement only including one or two. Overall I've had a positive experience taking their magnesium!​

Since taking it, I have noticed improvements in my sleep and constipation / digestion. Magnesium is one of the only supplements that I've consistently taken for years now and done well with. I wish there was a way to get all the minerals we need from our food and water, but unfortunately our soil is quite depleted, making it near impossible to get everything we need from diet.

Something that's great about BIO Optimizers is that they have some drink powder options for magnesium supplementation that have pretty clean ingredients. Right now I'm experimenting with Upgraded Formulas magnesium as I was interested in their "nano technology" but I'd still definitely recommend BIOptimizers (especially as their price point is very affordable for the high quality).
