Why I Love The DNRS Program

Personally I believe brain retraining is one of the most powerful tools for physical healing. With chronic illness, our bodies are stuck in "fight or flight" mode, making it almost impossible to heal. Unfortunately, modern medicine doesn't give us the tools to regulate our nervous system. The Dynamic Neural Retraining System  does an excellent job of explaining the science behind neuroplasticity and the brains incredible capability to heal.

 

Brain retraining through both DNRS and the Gupta program has completely changed my life and been a huge part of my healing from severe chronic illness. A few of the chronic illnesses I have been diagnosed with are: Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Dysautonomia, Chiari Malformation, Gastroparesis, Craniocervical Instability, etc. I'm doing my best to share my journey with nervous system regulation and any tips/tricks I've learned along the way.
