We love Equip Foods protein powder because of how clean the ingredients and sourcing are. The unflavored literally only has one ingredient: grass-fed beef. I like adding it to my raw milk shakes! My husband uses the collagen powder. Of course, protein and collagen are best when coming from home-cooked meals (ex. meat, bone broth). But this is a great option for those that struggle to get enough protein in or are in a time crunch.
