Even though I'm conscious of my time spent on my iPhone, I still often find myself wasting time scrolling social media or browsing the web. Using time limits on my phone through various apps was not very effective for me, due to the ease of bipassing them.

The Brick has been a game changer! Having a physical barrier like this really makes all the difference. It causes me to pause and ask myself if I really need to be on my phone. Usually the answer is no, and I can get back to living life. I've dramatically cut down my screen time with it. In turn, I find myself more calm and present.
