Beef organs are so nutrient dense—and while I think its always best to eat fresh organs, the reality is most people aren't willing to do that. Personally, I do a mix of eating fresh organs (either raw or cooked) and taking organ supplements. There are certain organs, like kidney, that I just don't like to eat but still see benefit from. Both the histamine & immune and the gut & digestion supplements have been helpful for me!
