The daily mineral supplement is great because it really has such a huge variety of minerals in higher concentrations than most other brands. But to be 100% honest, it doesn't taste good. It's very strong and bitter—so this is your warning. Usually when I take it, I like to do a 4 oz shot disguised with orange juice or some sort of electrolyte drink. I'm guessing it's meant to be more watered down, but I'd rather have one really awful tasting drink once a day than kind of bad tasting water all day (if that makes sense, haha). I have found that this is helpful when I'm dealing with constipation or digestion issues. It also helps with muscle cramping.
