First Light Farms sources their 100% grass-fed wagyu beef from family farms who raise their meat ethically and sustainably. Their wagyu beef is much more affordable than Japanese wagyu, and in my opinion tastes better too. It's still expensive, but great for a special treat! We've loved everything we've tried from First Light—especially the ribeye, chuck roast, and picanha.
They also offer organ supplements, which are a great option for those that are looking to get in the nutrients from organ meat while not having to stomach the taste of fresh organs.
