Northstar Bison is a regenerative farm located in Wisconsin. They really embrace the idea of "food as medicine" and make sure to feed their animals "as nature intended". All of their meats are of the highest of quality, and taste incredible. These are a few of the many things I love about Northstar.

White Oak Pastures is a regenerative farm located in Bluffton, Georgia. They are true pioneers in the regenerative farming space. My husband and I had an opportunity to visit the farm last year, and we were so impressed with what they do (read more about our farm stay here).

Apsey Farms is a regenerative farm located in Michigan. Their animals are humanely raised out on pasture and fed ancestrally appropriate diets (which is more rare than you might expect). I'd HIGHLY recommend trying their bacon, it's incredible!
