Vandy Crisps are some of the best potato chips I've ever had. They are made with 100% grass-fed beef tallow, which makes for the perfect flavor and "crunch. Once you try them, you won't want to go back to conventional potato chips made with seed oils.

 

We were so excited when Ancient Crunch (the owner of MASA chips) came out with potato chips. It's nice to be able to have a snack thats made with real, nourishing ingredients. My family all loves Vandy chips!

Because the chips are made with real fat, they are actually filling. I always make sure to pair them with plenty of high quality protein to balance blood sugar (lots of meat)!

Personally, I eat a heavily meat based diet, but do enjoy having some of these Vandy chips for a special treat. 

 

A bag actually lasts me a while, because I only eat a few at a time. Yes, these chips are expensive and certainly aren't necessary. But for those that can afford them and are looking for snacks with high quality ingredients, they are an excellent "better for you" option.
