When I was transitioning to the carnivore diet, I often got tired of eating plain ground beef and steak and had cravings for something light and crispy. These nachos will satisfy those crunchy cravings without having to stray from your diet.
Crispy chicken skins are, in my opinion, often better than tortilla chips. They are crunchy, flavorful and make for the perfect nacho. This recipe is easy and versatile, and I hope you'll enjoy it just as much as I do. Don't be afraid to switch it up and make it your own!
